''Petits ambassadeurs''

The concept of accreditation Petits Ambassadeurs, initially developed and launched in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, is an initiative driven by the Regroupement des Tables de concertation bioalimentaire du Québec (TCBQ) of 15 regions of Quebec.

In Lava, this initiative is led by the Table de développement agroalimentaire de Laval, which has mandated the Conseil régional de l’environnement (CRE) de Laval to provide coordination for the educational child care services and biofood enterprises of Laval.

The accreditation Petits Ambassadeurs is aimed at early childhood centres as well as daycare facilities (either subsidised or not) of Laval complying with a minimum of regional and Quebec-based supplies and offering educational activities related to the agri-food world.

The success of this project is built on the strategic networking of this market with biofood enterprises of Laval.

Explore, discover and enjoy local food

Vision: Make sure that all Quebec kids know, celebrate and enjoy the food identity of their region and become adults aware of food's origin.

Values:

  • Collaboration
  • Proximity
  • Education
  • Discovery
  • Ecoresponsibility
