RétenCité is a support program for businesses and residents of Laval. Its goal is to implement semi-natural green infrastructures to manage stormwater in a sustainable way. These installations, such as rain gardens, green roofs, swales, and vegetated ditches, promote optimized natural processes through human intervention.
By using them, we support the natural flow of rainwater while also controlling it.
